Premier Portable Solutions provides portable restroom rental and related services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
Service bookings require advance notice and are confirmed upon receipt of payment or signed agreement. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional fees. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring site accessibility.
Premier Portable Solutions liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Customers assume responsibility for proper use of equipment and any damages beyond normal wear.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery. Late cancellations may result in charges. Weather-related cancellations will be handled case-by-case.
We collect and use customer information solely for service provision and may share data with service partners as necessary. We maintain reasonable security measures to protect customer information.
These terms are governed by New Mexico state law. Any disputes will be resolved in Albuquerque, NM courts.
